Why we built RecruiterView
Most applicant tracking systems on the market were designed for in-house HR teams — companies hiring for themselves, running a handful of roles at a time, with a single hiring manager and no vendor partners to coordinate.
Recruitment agencies operate completely differently. They manage dozens of active roles across multiple clients simultaneously. They coordinate external vendors whose data must stay isolated. They have team hierarchies — Owner, KAM, Manager, Team Lead, Recruiter — where performance visibility needs to be scoped correctly at each level. And they're accountable to clients for SLAs that generic tools have no concept of.
We built RecruiterView from scratch around how agencies actually work. The result is a governed recruiting system — not a database with a prettier UI.
What we believe
We believe that process discipline isn't bureaucracy — it's the foundation of consistent performance. When every recruiter follows the same pipeline, every stage has an SLA, and every transition is logged, you get a system you can measure, improve, and trust.
We believe that accountability should be automatic. Managers shouldn't have to chase their team for updates. The system should surface who needs to act, on what, and by when — without anyone having to ask.
We believe that the data your recruiters generate every day — screenings, submissions, placements — should be visible and useful without anyone building a spreadsheet to extract it.
What we're building toward
RecruiterView is currently in active development. The core platform — governed workflows, SLA tracking, multi-tenant isolation, role hierarchy, recruiter performance reports, and vendor portal — is live and in use.
We're building toward a complete recruiting operations platform: analytics that predict at-risk placements before they happen, reporting that surfaces conversion rates by stage, and integrations that connect the tools your team already uses.
